Sheepstealer was a wild dragon with a particular taste and liking to sheep. And while Sheepstealer ate mutton
and the occasional sheep dog, she never harmed a shepherd. He wasnt aggressive unless provoked. It is said
that Sheepstealer was hatched when Jaehaerys was young, but younger than Vermithor. Nettles claimed and
tamed Vermithor during the Dance of the Dragons using a cunning method - she would lay a freshly killed
sheep every morning so that the dragon would grow accustomed to her, eventually letting Nettles mount him.
Feats
Participated in the Battle of the Gullet, the rapid capture of King's Landing, and then joined Prince Daemon
Targaryen and his dragon Caraxes in Maidenpool, staying along the trident to hunt down Prince Aemond
Targaryen and Vhagar. Years later during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen, Ser Robert Rowan came
across Nettles and Sheepstealer in a cave. Sixteen men were slain and a threescore were wounded. Nettles
and Sheepstealer flew deeper into the Mountains of the Moon, able to escape.
Death
Year was an estimate. Never said how Sheepstealer died. Assumed of old age.
